Hi! Did you have a good Halloween? My husband encouraged me to drive to preschool pickup in costume, saying it would make me the coolest mom ever, only for me to show up dressed as a panda and for no other parents to be dressed in costume. And my daughter looked vaguely embarrassed when she saw me. Anyway, I was so happy to get to take the kids out this year after the gloom of last year…it was great.
Some items on my shopping list/wait for sale list. I would love to hear yours!
New Balance sneakers. I like this combination a lot. NB is my current favorite sneaker company – fits my flat (sigh) feet well and I feel like quite consistent in sizes. Am waiting for my size to come back in stock!
The Row blazer. I think I mentioned this one before. I love the design, ohwever I think given the prices they charge, the Olsens should be obligated to wear every single one of their items and be snapped by a street photographer, so I can see how things look on a shorter person. RIGHT?
Gucci loafer. I am torn between these and the lug sole. I think these are my preferred shape of the loafer. HOWEVER I have ordered them once before, only to be sent the far more ubiquitous men’s version.
Uniqlo jacket. I like this a lot for some reason. The color and everything. It’s a cool twist on a traditional denim jacket. I probably would never use the belt and wish it didn’t have belt loops for that reason.
Bottega “Jodie” bag. In full disclosure I will not get this. However I do like looking at it a lot. This is one of those items I wish one of my friends would buy so I could look at it/pet it sometimes.

Re: Gucci loafers. I have been coveting the lug sole loafers for about 2 years now. I thought I would tire of the style but always drawn to that style. The $1000 price tag is a bit much even though they are Gucci.
