I hope you all enjoyed meeting Latifa yesterday. Does she not have one of the most amazing wardrobes ever? I could stare at her jewelry snapshots alone all day long – so I’ve included many many more in part two of our interview (including some of my very favorite pieces). Enjoy!
What other hobbies do you have?
I guess you mean other than shopping hahaha. I like photography, designing cloths and Abayas, and reading. I enjoy singing too you will always catch me singing in the shower!
What are some of the more “affordable” brands that you like to shop from?
I love to shop at stores like Zara and H&M but my all time favorite is the online store ASOS. I like it because it is very updated when it comes to new trends and every two or three days they will have something new.
What is a typical “day” look for you and a “night” look?
My typical day look: Jeans (jegging) a loose top, kitten heels or flats, a big bag and big glasses.A typical night look: Jeans, nice top, high heels, a medium bag/small bag and accessories (preferably diamonds)!
What are your most worn and versatile items?
I tend to like to change it up every once in a while, but I wear my Cartier Love ring a lot, my Cartier Ballon watch, and my Hermes Kelly bags.
What are your biggest fashion pet peeves? The things you hate to see?
Matching the colors of one’s outfit with everything else (the bag, shoes & accessories). Big hair disturbs me I just find it a little over the top, and too much makeup.
You clearly have so many gorgeous items and love luxury…have you ever walked into a luxury shop, and received bad service?
Of course. I think it happens with everyone.
Finally…what inspires you day to day…and tell us something surprising about yourself!
Life itself is an inspiration, everything around me is…. but most of all it’s my mom that inspires me in everything I do.Such a sweet final answer :)Thank you again to Latifa for giving us a glimpse into her life – and all the lovely items that she surrounds herself with.
