Tomorrow I’m flying back to California for almost a month – so I spent some time earlier this week enjoying Boston Common with a big mug of green tea. I like walking and will do miles by myself (my walking commute in London was 2 miles each way!) and thus I have to wear comfortable flats.

I can walk miles and miles in these shoes. I had never heard of the brand AGL before but a sales associate at Nordstrom told me that it was what all the sales girls wore when standing all day. I swear, these are the most comfortable flats ever. The price stings a bit at $300 but I’ve spent way more on shoes that I never wear because they are so uncomfortable. (Mr. Feather if you ever read this, I totally didn’t mean that last part! I wear all my heels, all the time!)
I’m going to buy another pair before we do our summer travels but in the meanwhile I would recommend AGL highly. Check out reviews here.
I am loving comfortable flats lately, usually I am more of a heels girl.. but there are some totally cute flats out there and not to mention comfortable

Ahh Kat, you've given me a new obsession. I was lusting after some fuchsia Lanvin flats, but the AGLs look great and more importantly are comfortable!
I walked everywhere when we lived in London too. Whoa 2 miles a day – where were you walking to/from?

Wonder if AGL makes heels that are just as comfortable? I'm a walker as well – if I could, I'd totally ditch my car and walk everywhere under the sun – but I have flat feet, and flats just aggravate my tendons after a while. Plus, I is short, and this short girl needs every bit of height that heels can give her!

I adore these shoes-good to hear they are so comfortable nothing worse than sacrificing heels for flats for comfort only to realize your flats are even more uncomfortable!

WOAH!! you said 2 miles?! i walk about 1.5 miles to work and 1.5 miles back (half of the 1.5 is walking to the metro station and the other half, from the metro to work) then you can count all the running i do when i get to the metro – now that i think about it, i walk just about the same as you did in London. I just wished I was a walking kinda gal…i run, i never walk *bad girl*
anyways, NEVER heard of AGL and i can't find any animal print ones, wahh, i'm going to cry!!

I think Repetto are really comfy too! I want to try a pair of Tory Burch flats but when i touched them at the store they seemed so stiff and horrible to walk in :/

Now you have me interested in these AGL flats! I look back and question why I bought TB flats..they take forever to break in!

@olivia – I found they run TTS and the bottoms do scuff easily especially on the leather soled ones but I find that to be the case for all ballet flats and you can easily resole
The ones I'm wearing above are actually a rubber sole like the Tory Burch flats, etc.

I had the EXACT experience at Nordstroms… told them I live in HK. It's super hilly here and I walk a ton. She sold me on AGL flats–simple black with a patent toe. I will NEVER go back to anything else ever again!
