Favorites Under $100 – Fall 2016

This spring, I shared a few of my favorites under $100 – I’m continuing on the theme with today’s post, as I have found quite a few more goodies!

Nordstrom Long Wrap Cardigan, $68. I know this is says lingerie, but I wear this cardigan quite a bit both in and out of the house, it definitely doesn’t have to be just a sleepwear item! This is quite cozy, and my go to item to wear over leggings on lazy days out. It can be worn a bunch of different ways – wrapped around, open and draped, but I tend to wear it exactly like it is in the photo, looped around the neck. Note that this runs large – I wish they had an XS! I have the small and it fits fine.

J.Crew Deck Shirt, $40: My current favorite striped shirt (and I’m quite the collector). I have considered buying backups, but I think that’s a little crazy considering it’s J.Crew. Or is it? It has the perfect dropped shoulder detail, a nice texture (I can’t believe I’m talking about textures on a striped shirt), and the navy/white is super classic.  You can usually find a coupon code floating around and this usually qualifies, too.

Adidas Trefoil Sweatshirt, $55: I have two versions of this sweatshirt (the men’s hoodie and this), and they’re both super comfortable and easy to wear. Sure, I feel a little bit like Sofia Richie (at my age this can only be a bad thing), but I like the design and it’s a nice, slumming at home with leggings option.

J.Crew Fatigue Shirt, $70. I always buy a few button down shirts each season, and this is one of my favorites this fall. It’s the perfect fatigue shirt – I love the longer length, the more casual fabric, and the color, which goes with both warm and cool tones. It also comes in petite, which was appreciated. Please note two things – this shirt runs large (I took the smallest size in petite, I usually take one or two up for comfort), and it still covers my butt in leggings, and the driftwood color is a bit darker than how it appears online – my photo is a better representation.
