Printed Dresses

Along with my favorite spring scarves, the warmer weather has brought out another closet favorite of mine – easy dresses. I am a creature of habit so for most of winter I reached for either my gray denim or black pants (I have 3+ pairs of both, I don’t shop for pants anymore!) and something on top and was done. But how boring is that? Dresses along with scarves have always been the easiest ways for me to add some color and patterns to my wardrobe.

I’ve worn and love my Webster for Target dress (print seen above) so much that for spring/summer, I’m looking to add a few more of these easy printed dresses to my wardrobe. Lately I’ve been drawn to ones with sleeves, simply so they can be more easily adapted for work as well. Here are some of my favorites below, in a variety of price points!

If there are any printed dresses which have caught your eye, please share! I’m always on the look out.

Of course I think Diane von Furstenberg should be at the top of her list! Her patterned dresses are always so fantastic! Also, Belk (the Southern department store chain) has an exclusive Cynthia Rowley collection and they have a few really fun printed dresses which you can get in their stores or online. On my short list I have the Collette by Collette Dinnigan dress – the Beautiful Dreamer dress – you might love that one, too.
