For those who are celebrating it today – happy Labor Day!

I have today off but due to a few planning snafus we didn’t go anywhere this weekend. Labor Day mini getaway prices in this area (like Napa, etc) are usually very expensive and fill up quickly so I have to plan them far in advance. Unfortunately this time I didn’t start in time and so we are having a staycation. Woohoo!

If you’re familiar with my other travel posts, you probably have gathered that I love hotels. Love! I am always looking for great new ones to try out and love coming across more unique choices. I saved this list from Martha Stewart Living a few months ago and really found it helpful. Four pages of fabulous hotel picks. They also range in prices, from affordable to very expensive. Enjoy!

What do you think of the list? If you’ve stayed in any of these (or have other recommendations) I’d love to know!

  1. I would recommend staying at Sir Richard Bransons Kasbah Tamadot in Morocco – stay in a tent, you’ll love it!
