All right, so these past few days I have really gotten into Buffy. I love it, it’s amazing, especially starting from season two. I’ve been watching it a lot. My eyeballs are pretty tired. But how come it seems like everything exciting on TV happens in high school? Actually if I think about it, a lot of my best and worst memories are from high school.

I’d always admired this Marc Jacobs giant cashmere dotted scarf after seeing it on Wendy, and couldn’t resist the black and cream version which I wore yesterday. I brought it with me when we went to Thailand and it was actually super useful since my shorts and tank tops there were a little too “woman of the night” for some of the temples we visited. I tied it as a sarong (some places wanted you covered to your knees) and used it as a wrap in others (where shoulders should be covered). Then on our flight home, I used it as a little blanket! The uses are endless.
I love the simplicity of your outfit. The scarf is so gorgeous. It definitely adds a special touch to your outfit.

So chic! You're so lucky to be wearing short sleeves. I get cold in 60 degree weather. I don't have the Marc Jacobs scarf but I have a DVF polka dot scarf made of wool. It's super long and super thick. So comfy.
Isn't Buffy great! She was this princess type who had to grow up and take responsibility. You see her mistakes and the consequences. I don't know if you finished season 2, but I cried at what happened to Angel. And then season 3 was superb (started out slow but ended with a BANG)! I think when Spike and Dru comes into Buffy's world, a new hell opens up.
Unfortunately, by season 5 and 6, I started to miss a lot of the show. I need to Netflix the rest but can't find the time right now.

Buffy is amazing! Joss usually takes about a season to really get going with his shows, but he is a master at balancing campy fun with serious questions and issues. Have fun watching!!

Scarfs are so perfect for traveling. I had the same experience when traveling in Europe. I own to many scarves but I love the polka dots on this one.

I know you're talking about the rest of your outfit but i cant take my eyes off your celine bag! the small size seems just perfect and I love the cross body strap. I saw a similar knockoff at j.crew but I know it'll never be able to replace the celine version.
I love carrying big scarves around with me just for the multifunctional uses! Love the simplicity of the scarf you have – it can pair with just about anything!
